  Frank at the front desk was probably one of the best people I have ever encountered in his position. All staff went out of their way to be friendly - Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

  It was fun to see all the families having a great time, but as a couple who didn't bring kids, if we wanted to use the pool, there was just no way. It was so full of kids and rowdy. But if our kids were with us, then it would have been a way for them to hang and meet other kids.   Location was easy for our visit to SC Johnson to see Frank Lloyd Wright's amazing building. Staff was warm and efficient. Room comfortable. Good morning breakfast. Good value. - The staff were very responsive. Breakfast good, however, juice/water bar could have been more accessible throughout the day. Rooms very clean. Mattress comfortable.

  Awesome, Diamond in the Rough! Hotel was very Clean and lovely, staff was very warm and welcoming. Room was more than expected. When checking in the staff asked what time we were checking out and I said 5 AM. She said that she would leave a note for morning crew to start cooking the continental breakfast at 4:30 for us. We would stay here again - The room was very neat and clean. My kids loved the balcony in the lobby. We played board games there. The pool was perfect size, location too.   The indoor waterpark was a big hit with my grandchildren. Accomodations were great, especially the kitchen. I was especially impressed with the lifeguards at the waterpark.
