  It was very close to the fest grounds, we visited for the german fest. There was a shuttle service by bus that left every 15 minutes and the cost was only $3.00 round trip per person.   we like everything.. staff actually knew who the customer was and how to treat customers. clean and the nicest hotel I have been in in years. nicest staff ever.... good value - The staff were fantastic! Not one grouch at all. Rooms were the cleanest we have stayed in. Restaurant was great. We will be back!

  Best Westerns are always a good place to stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. I would stay here again. Although we weren't there for a baseball game. The stadium is within walking distance. - Tim at the front desk was very helpful. Great customer service skills!

  Frank at the front desk was probably one of the best people I have ever encountered in his position. All staff went out of their way to be friendly - Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

  The front Desk was extremely welcoming and accomadating of our stay, lee helped us out numerous times! Thank You lee for everything.
