  We were two mothers and two teen daughters visiting colleges. Very convenient to downtown Madison and the University. Huge room - very unexpected - including a pull out sofa, fridge, microwave & sink area. Very clean and comfortable.   we like everything.. staff actually knew who the customer was and how to treat customers. clean and the nicest hotel I have been in in years. nicest staff ever.... good value - The staff were fantastic! Not one grouch at all. Rooms were the cleanest we have stayed in. Restaurant was great. We will be back!

  I had a nice queen bed suite for a VERY reasonable price. The place has an indoor pool with jacuzzi and a nice breakfast in the AM. Another nice touch is they have a little store near the front desk with snack foods;chips,cookies and even some cheese curds and some wine/alcohol for sale(they can't sell it until 9 PM though-state law). Easy access to Interstate, but a busy, 20-minute drive from downtown Madison.

  I was on the first floor, and got a good night sleep. It was conveniently located (College Ave) to get to shopping and highway. It was quiet enough. I was only there for accomodations because my son participated in the triathelon in Racine. - I liked the location.   This was the perfect place for my visit. Centrally located with great access to local restaurants and shopping on College Avenue. My room was spotless with great amenities, all at an extremely reasonable price. - Great location in downtown appleton. Local venues are in walking distance. Nice rooms and large pool and hot tub.
