  Location with easy access to everything. When Hotel staff found out thatwe were celebrating our anniversary they upgraded our room to abeautiful corner room on the 19th floor. - All personnel were very professional. Bartender in the restaurant was very informative about the city.

  Our stay at the Crowne plaza was a perfect choice for our holiday. Thehotel, the room and bathroom was so clean and also smelt clean, thestaff were also very helpful and polite. We also had dinner at thererestaurant and drinks at there bar, where we found it to be very modernand clean.   The position is simply perfect to visit Manhattan, very close to Times Sq., the 5th Av., the theater distr. and a couple of strategic subway stations. We went as tourist for a long week-end and were complitely satisfied, but I would also consider this hotel for business trip. - Location was excellent... On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner. The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

  My third time here at this hotel. On this trip was meeting my son who was looking for a diamond for his girlfriend. Staff could not have been nicer to my son, wishing him well. The hotel was very clean, and quiet, given it is in the heart of Times Square. The breakfast buffet was excellent.   Location was good and the hotel was comfortable, with larger than average rooms. The staff were terrific, from the front desk to the concierge to the doormen. The concierge found us a wonderful restaurant for dinner before our show one evening at the last minute. The staff is very friendly and make you feel at home and very comfortable. I stayed with friends and had a great stay. Cleanliness is excellent. The rooms were very large and beds very comfortable. Overall a very good expereince and I will undoubtedly like to stay in the hotel every time I go and strongly recommend to people.

  I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

  This was a perfect spot for us. We wanted to be close to the Thanksgiving day parade from which we flew in from Boston to see. Our hotel wasn't in the mob of millions of people but located just behind the crowd so all we needed to do was go back to the hotel to use the amenities. Friendleness of staff. The conceierge (Gerry) was particularly helpfull with our restaurant and helicopter flight bookings. The chocolates on the pillows every evening and following days weather report was a nice touch. Well stocked mini bar. Free morning papers.
