  We loved the proximity to both Hilo & Volcano. It was a great spot to begin our daily adventures from. The quiet surrounds were beautiful & private. The hot tub was an added bonus we finally managed to enjoy on our last night. The facilities were of a much higher standard than expected. We drove all over the island from that location and I thought it was a great starting point too all destinations since our main purpose was to see the volcanos. It is a private, secluded, fantastic getaway I wanted to move into and stay forever. It was an amazing experience to wake up in your own private rain forest. I am from the Northwest and it had the feel and look of a Northwest forest only with different exotic flora. Pick this one.
