  Overall our stay was very pleasant. I am not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but we did not have any issues with this hotel. The staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights and asked that we not be disturbed and they granted that request. When we needed towels they were given. Right on the Parkway. The site said continental brea... 别人怎么说 » kfast. The breakfast area was small but we w - It`s conviently located, great views, still be remodeled from being bought from Family Inns so the room my brother and I stayed in hadn`t been redone yet. The bathroom has some minor needed repairs the bath tub shower didn`t work could only take baths not showers the walls need some minor repairs, the carpet needs replacing but overall it was an awesome room and clean. Would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

  Standard hotel but rather recent and in good state. Not "worn out" like some other hotels of same chain. Very entertaining breakfast (surprise...) - It was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good had hot waffle juice and coffee they had a good variety to choose from.

  Although I was skeptical to book based on other reviews, I'm glad I did. It seemed that the good reviews were for the "renovated side" and the bad reviews were for the much older hotel side. The hotel room was the best value for the price that I could find in Pigeon Forge.
