Everything had a touch of class, from the person at the desk to the quietness of the elevators, to the room appointments. The person attending the breakfast (which had waffles to granola, fresh fruit) was like a dancer, efficient movements, never in the way, cleaning and restocking. I will stay here again--easy access to the city center and the interstates.

I thought it was new, modern and very clean. The staff was always really friendly. We had never been to Nashville before and didn't want to spend our money on an expensive hotel downtown. This hotel was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. It was walking distance to downtown (we walk a lot), the breakfast area and options were excellent, the pool was clean, comfortable bed and staff excellent. We had an issue with a bathroom light and they came and replaced it within an hour! Great price and perfect for budget watchers!

We thought the hotel was about the best bang for your buck around! While it is not within walking distance to the city, the free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes or so dropped you anywhere. Staff was pleasant, room was clean & comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.

Everyone was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. It was a great deal for the price. The breakfast was good. We had one problem-there was a little bit of mold in our bathroom above the shower due to poor ventilation in that room. I expressed my concern because I was wheezing and they moved us immediately to another room. We had a great rest of the stay. I would stay there again. It was clean and the pillow we awesome!!!
