  The rustic setting was great. The unit was well built. It's close to Gatlinburg, but not too close (about 10 miles away, a short drive) and is adjacent to Smoky Mtn Natl Park. We were impressed at the cleanliness.

  This hotel was the first hotel that I've stayed in that when I walked in the room it was a clean smell. The bed was comfortable, the location was in a great place, the breakfast was delicious, and the over all thing was that the hotel was clean. If I needed anything the staff was there.   We were here for less than 12 hours but I would definitely stay there again. Great beds, lots of space, comfortable living/dining area. For our unique "family," (two single moms who work together and have to travel together often). This is a great option.

  Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable & the pillows were AMAZING! Even though we weren't traveling with pets, I did like the fact that we saw 3 dogs during our one night stay. Complimentary popcorn & drinks until 10 made my 5 year old son's night! Having the indoor pool also made this the coolest hotel he's ever stayed in!
