  I thought it was new, modern and very clean. The staff was always really friendly. We had never been to Nashville before and didn't want to spend our money on an expensive hotel downtown.   My fiancé and I stayed in the Comfort Inn Downtown in Nashville had a brilliant stay. Although it is around 10 minutes walk into the main streets, we found this to be to our liking and loved the quiet location. It was walking distance to downtown (we walk a lot), the breakfast area and options were excellent, the pool was clean, comfortable bed and staff excellent.   Everything was great the food was excellent and the lounge was very inviting and cheap drinks. Staff was polite except for one front desk person. The shuttle to and from downtown Nashville was a huge help, although we did have to use a cab a few times because of traffic put the drivers behind when they had to do airport pick ups. I would also lilke to say the police officers working the parking lot - We thought the hotel was about the best bang for your buck around! While it is not within walking distance to the city, the free shuttle that ran every 30 minutes or so dropped you anywhere. Staff was pleasant, room was clean & comfy, and the breakfast was yummy.

  Nice clean large rooms with granite and tile and nice furniture. Very pretty overall in design and landscaping with courtyard pool and flowers and umbrellas and a gazebo - just a pleasant place to spend a couple of days while my husband was in meetings. We had one problem-there was a little bit of mold in our bathroom above the shower due to poor ventilation in that room. I expressed my concern because I was wheezing and they moved us immediately to another room. We had a great rest of the stay. I would stay there again. It was clean and the pillow we awesome!!!

This was the last of our tour from New York to Memphis staying in 7 different - Cost, location, secure parking. The night manager (I assume he was ower) was very friendly and offered to help out with the problems with the room. Cannot answer number 2 questions so the facilities were nice, the room and hotel were clean and comfortable, the location was ok, and the value for the money would have been fantastic if not for the problems.
