  We needed a short get away and Riverstone was perfect. We were able to lay by the pool while we waited on our room to be ready and having a full kitchen gave us the ability to cook supper in, relax and watch the Masters Golf tournament. Didn't get to take advantage of the spa but it looked wonderful and the gold course was beautiful. Other resorts/hotels close at ten or eleven at night and if your family is out sightseeing each day, your children are always disappointed that they can't swim. The 24 hour pool solved that problem!

  Overall our stay was very pleasant. I am not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but we did not have any issues with this hotel. The staff was very friendly. We stayed three nights and asked that we not be disturbed and they granted that request. When we needed towels they were given. Right on the Parkway. The site said continental brea... 别人怎么说 » kfast. If anyone knows what that is then you will know that they really didn't even have to provide the waffles. The breakfast area was small but we w - It`s conviently located, great views, still be remodeled from being bought from Family Inns so the room my brother and I stayed in hadn`t been redone yet. The bathroom has some minor needed repairs the bath tub shower didn`t work could only take baths not showers the walls need some minor repairs, the carpet needs replacing but overall it was an awesome room and clean. Would strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

  We liked the comfort of the beds, the room cleanliness, and the staff was very nice and accomodating. Plus they paid attention to our special instructions before we got there. The location was excellent for those wanting to be close to downtown Gaitlinburg and to Dollywood. I would stay there again for sure. - We liked the spacious king bedroom with the Jacuzzi, the jacuzzi. In our room was great, everything is in walking distance so no driving is necessary, and the pool was clean and fitness center was clean.

  Location was excellent for our purpose . Some of the displays indicated appreciation from several military gatherings and as a veteran I was honored to see them.   Standard hotel but rather recent and in good state. Not "worn out" like some other hotels of same chain. Very entertaining breakfast (surprise...) - It was very nice and clean. The breakfast was very good had hot waffle juice and coffee they had a good variety to choose from.

  The desk staff members were wonderful. Beds really comfortable. Breakfast more than expected. Kids loved the guitar-shaped pool. Location could not have been better. - The rooms are clean.
