  This was my first time to Hilton Head and it was a wonderful stay. The staff was so helpful. When the room that I booked needed some work done on it, they upgraded me to an Ocean View Room immediately. Also, the breakfast option is very worthwhile. I had forgotten an important item at home and let the staff know it was being overnight shipped - Great location - close to shops and restaurants. Pool, Tiki bar and beach all a short walk . My sister was in a motorcyle accident, and can't walk far and everything was very accessible. Room was clean and beds were compfortable. Also your security person on duty Saturday night was very helpful, went up and above her duty to deliver a print out of my boarding passes (at midnight) that I was having a problem printing. It was very helpful and kind of her to do.
