  Location is terrific. Design of building takes advantage of harbor side location. Convenient to walking the town & to public transportation. Nice hotel shop with reasonable prices. - The location was perfect. We took the trolley tour which was right next door. The restaurant and bar had good food and reasonable prices.

  This was our first Bed & Breakfast so we were a little skeptical. We were so pleased with the Inn Keeper Cindy. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, and we were comfortable. Thanks! - The property was well maintained and the room was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. For early risers or late night arrivals there was either a continental breakfast or fresh cookies and beverages. The full breakfast at 9am was a pleasant experience that started our day of exploring with a full belly. The room was very romantic and spacious. I will stay here again and their off season rates are very reasonable while still including the amenities.

  The hotel is right in the center of everything there is to do. You can walk everywhere except to the mansions and then the Visitors Center is only a block away and you can get a bus to take you to the mansions. Our car never left the parking lot. It was near the waterfront as well as shopping and restaurants. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They gave excellent directions to nearby sights. Parking, although extra, was conveniently located across the street; just a few steps from the inn.
