  The quiet room. The comfortable bed. The cleanliness of our room and the inn. The comfort of the bed and the temperature of the room. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating---they were able to suggest a way to get to downtown without taking our van even though the commuter rail was not running. - We fly into TF Green at least once ... 别人怎么说 » a year, spending a Thurs. night and a Sunday night at one of the close by airport hotels. This is the 5th one we have tried and is the best for sure.The location to the car rental, the staff, rooms and breakfast are all wonderful. Can't wait to return,

  Enjoyed the facility itself, but the staff made our stay more pleasurable. The location was within walking distance to almost all of Newport. I will go again. - I love that the hotel is unique and desn't feel like any chain hotel. I also love the history of the hotel and that it has been open since 1929.

  The rooms were clean and roomy. The cleaning staff were polite and helpful. The staff at the front desk were kind and polite. The staff at the Bristo were also polite. It feels very nice to have friendly and polite people. I felt welcome. - The staff was extremely kind and helpful in all aspects. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

  I was truly pleased with this particular location. We are a middle aged couple who just decided to take off midweek for a quick trip to the cape/Newport etc. Staff was so friendly, helpful and courteous. King Suites with ability to close off your bedroom, frig, sinks, micros washers and dryers what more could yo - Upon arrival the concierge paid attention to our personal trip plans and upgraded our 2 queen room to a king room with full 2 person jacuzzi for the same price - it totally changed the whole trip for us - we hardly ever left the room!! We were within 2 minutes walking distance to some of the best food in newport - and the beach was right across the street

  Staff was extremely friendly. Agreed that the little food area in the lobby was extremely over priced and the food was not good but the people were so friendly that it almost made up for it! - Room was large and comfortable. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast area was well kept and the Breakfast menu was properly priced.

  My room was exactly what I reserved, quiet and away from elevators. The staff is very professional, knowledgable and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable and the pool, spa and all areas of the hotel is maintained at a high standard. The service from every employee is excellent.
