  This hotel was in an excellent location, right across the street from the beach. Everything was very close, the Mansions were right up the street, as well as the Cliff Walk and many restaurants were within walking distance. Downtown Newport was only a few minutes drive, as well. Everyone very friendly, and the pool was a great asset after spending a few hours on the beach. Awesome!!

  Very clean rooms with that are larger than most with a bathroom that is larger than most. Extra comfortable matresses,sheets and pillows along with a quiet environment made for a delightful sleep.
