nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and

The fact that the hotel was so small made it so you saw the same front
of house staff everyday. It made everything feel very familiar and
comfortable. The concierge was a great help in choosing a show and

A very nice hotel, extremly nice staff (among the best I met). A calm and attractive place to stay and rest after a hot New York/ Manhattan day. Nice bar and a very good restaurant in house. The Marriot Marquis have a very friendly staff. Everyone was always helpful and all smiles. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The Christmas spirit with all the CHristmas trees in lobby was truley magical. One is able to see all the efforts that were made to give a guest a magicial holiday spirit the moment you walk through the doors. The room was very large, clean, and was at a good temperature. The heating/air was easy to adjust. The receptionists at the front desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, when there was a problem with the lamp in our room, maintenance people went up and fixed the lamp immediately. The continental breakfast was very good and free. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. It was well worth our money and we would recommend it to anyone.
