  Very comfortable, elegant hotel in the heart of SoHo, brilliant for shopping and eating out.   I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. It was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in New York and would be happy to recommend. It is also conveniently located. - The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful.   Our favorite aspect of the room was the bathroom with both a deep soaking tub and a lovely shower with hand held spray. This latter feature is often omitted in even many nicer hotels.
