  Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40 on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the f... 别人怎么说 » ree continental breakfast to the recommendations on things to do around town were 4 star worthy!! I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

  The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was super-close to the park, meaning we saved a ton on parking fees.   Very good value for our money. The room was spacious,clean and comfortable. The location was good, not far from anyone or anything we were in Buffalo to see. - the room was comfortable, and suplied what I needed for our stay. The landscaping was pretty, and neat and the exterior nice.

Not luxurious, but very acceptable. The hotel is conveniently located near the college I was visiting, near the Wineries on Seneca Lake, and near downtown Geneva. I did not observe any of the negative features described by some other travelers, and would challeng the accuracy of these, and the motivation behind them.

  I was happily surprised to find that our room had a fridge/freezer as well as a microwave. I don't believe this was advertised on the website and would be a great addition.
