  The location is very good. I really liked the front desk crew and found them to be very friendly, helpful and cheerful. Having two outside pools was nice. You should advertise that.

  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. I wish that business was better so that they could afford renovating their beautiful room on the 2nd floor which has a ceiling as beautiful as what I have seen in Venice! Most of the European restaurants are at the other end of Brooklyn near the bridge. Though there is a McDonalds ab - We were really impressed with the hotel. Surprisingly nice for such a great price.
