  I checked into Grand Hyatt in Dec2013. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the rooms are; at least, twice as big as any other hotel that I have stayed in for a price around $400. Lobby included coffee shop and snack area . Nice bar area . We didn't use the restaurent or breakfast facilities preferring to eat out .

  For 79 dollars I did not expect much, but actually the room was fine. Clean and somewhat updated. Large flat-screen and tons of channels. I have paid double and the rooms are no better. Also, plenty of free parking. - Front reception Elisabeth was a God send when I had problems with my reservations and later locked my keys in the car.

  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.
