Very, very curteous staff with all sorts of information and suggestions and a willingness to go out of their way to get us what we wanted. Excellent value for the the cost.

The maintenance staff contacted me to move my car because they were power-washing the lot. When I came out to do so, a crew member explained they were concerned that debris dislodged by the spray might damage my car's finish. What might have been an inconvenience turned into a positive experience based on his sincerity.
