We had to wait 45 minutes for our room because it wasnt ready and there were people there complaining that they had been waiting for several hours. The front desk gave us complementary drink coupons and we enjoyed our wait in the hotel bar.   Great place to stay when your flight is delayed. Staff was extremely helpful, shuttle service was convenient and the restaurant had a variety of options to choice from. - Very handy to the airport, long term parking while flying out!   Our stay was excellent. It started when we walked in. We were greeted by the bellman and by the ladies at the desk. We were checked in in less than 5 minutes. The rooms were as advertised and were clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff kept our rooms spotless during the entire stay.   I was extremely happy with our stay. We had some problems with internet connection in the room we were staying in and the staff went out of their way to accomadate us to a room where access was much better. Extremely helpfull in all the accomadations.
