  Spacious room. Front desk staff polite and helpful. We had to wait 45 minutes for our room because it wasnt ready and there were people there complaining that they had been waiting for several hours. The front desk gave us complementary drink coupons and we enjoyed our wait in the hotel bar.   Our stay was excellent. It started when we walked in. We were greeted by the bellman and by the ladies at the desk. We were checked in in less than 5 minutes. The rooms were as advertised and were clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff kept our rooms spotless during the entire stay.   I love that they don't serve breakfast in the lobby and you don't have to watch a bunch of people stuff their faces with "free food." - The staff was very helpful and friendly. The two times we had to the shuttle to the airport the drivers were very good.

The pool area with the two-tier heated pool and hot tub was great, and stayed open until midnight, later than most hotels. Breakfast and Happy hour (2hr) were fantastic. Building is older but is well maintained and very clean. Only two treadmills in the workout area but they were often vacant, just not in the morning.
