Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email.   I have my Bank's Christmas party there at Chapmans which is right by Century and I booked a room there every year because it is great to have time to get ready and not have to drive just walk right over to the party.   The hotel is in the progress of finishing remodeling. So everything is brand new. The feature they have that we really like is the security of building. After 9pm, they lock the building from outside. So if u need to get in, you either need your room key or use the intercom to talk to front desk person.   Clean rooms - Great location and price couldn't be beat. The staff was flexible with our late arrival and early departure (due to loud Friday night we opted to not stay Saturday night).
