  We liked the easy check-in. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious bathroom, nice furnishings. I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. Bobbi does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us directions to various places downtown.   The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day.
