  Beautiful grounds and a setting with an ambience of the old Hawaii. The restaurant is excellent. We have been to Maui many times but had not been to Hana. We booked the Travaasa Hana for one night because it was the one nice hotel available. After arrival, we decided to extend another night and that made the experience really special. The sec... 别人怎么说 » ond evening, Leo Pryor and his Hawaiian trio provided live music and talking to him later provided some great perspective into the Island and Hana lif - It was all the little extras that Travaasa did that sold me! The sandalwood soap, the quality of shampoo and rinse, the soap dish and toothbrush holder. The staff were exemplary!Always going out of their way to insure we had the best care possible!

  really nice, friendly staff, we got the best room with the best price and are really thankful for that, complimentary breakfast in the morning, silky bedclothes - The staff was friendly, and calmed. They did a good job.

  The service upon check in was great! The room I stayed in was nice and very clean! It had everything I needed! Loved the staff! I did meet the owners of the property, Dela and Terry! Such wonderful people! Very family oriented! I left there that morning with the aloha spirit because of the beautiful staff! I now know why Hawaii is Hawaii! I did see other reviews done by past guests, I have to respond to that overall: I had a great experie - I liked that the staff helped me with places to visit and tour around to. They gave me the "locals" view of the island. Own room was nice and bed was very comfy. Perfect for 1-2 night stay/stop over. Very Friendly!!!
