  The rooms were beautiful and very spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly/professional. They made me feel welcomed the minute I stepped my foot in the hotel. We were there to visit Salem and it was a very short drive to Salem. The free breakfast was actually very nicely done.   Very accommodating staff - Located in a quiet side road. Ideal to go shoping by foot. Nice stores (also grocery) close by. As for the rooms it seems to depend on which room you get: I was located 1 block away from Copley House and enjoyed the suite very much.
