  Staff very nice and helpful! Rooms was clean, and I had a great view of the water which made it worth the money. And if your not up for going out they have a very nice lounge area overall the stay was good.. - Everything was great.   Everything, the hotel is wonderful. I'm a retired Marine and I've traveled with my family to many places. This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. - Room with the balcony view of the inside mall and river veiw also. Iwill let others know about this, when visiting here.

  The set-up of hotel. The hotel staff friendly and professional. Always asking how everything is and volunteering information before asked. The rooms and dinning above great with sit down restaurant feel and quality. Staff on hand to help and ask questions @ breakfast. Not left to self like other hotels that give breakfast. But will bo - I bed was amazing, the tv had great choices, the staff answered questioned quickly and have direct answers that are helpful. The Breakfast was to die for. The breakfast was cooked fast and yet it was good. The staff helpful with all the dirty plates to make sure that we had clean area. They had to news up and that was great to watch the news eat breakfast and head out to the airport with no problems.

  I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The indoor pool and Jacuzzi were almost never in use the two times we went down. The walls for the room were not paper thin like most hotels. And the staff was... 别人怎么说 » friendly and accomodating. There were about 5 other hotels a stones throw from the Westin and I've always been a Marriott gal myself having worked fo - The staff was extremely helpful. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.

  The receptionist had trouble finding my reservation. I had to share my email confirmation. Then trying to put it in manually gave more trouble than expected.   The light was out in the toilet room in the bathroom. When I contacted the front desk, they were more than accommodating offering to send someone immediately or change our room. The repairman that came was extremely courteous and made the repair very quickly. Its very upscale, romantic, and comfortable. there where a few weddings going on in the courtyard at the fountain and it was just a nice friendly place to stay. The casino is a block away and they offered late night shuttle service
