  My daughter cried on the way out that she didn't want to go home - and she loved the hotel. Although a professional conference was going on, the staff were fantastic and really great with our kids. - I was very satisfied with the customer service.   Friendly staff that were very helpful in all the matters. one person at the front desk and the driver got a bit impatient at times. Perfectly set next to the big shoppingmall Lenox and just a short walk to the subway. An extra bonus with the courtesy car if you want a drive within 2 miles. Very friendly staff and well equipped gym as well. Felt very comfortable, safe and the hotel was well kept. Only extremely minor signs of wear from hotel guests. There were a few scratches at the bottom of the bed and bottom of the desk but just normal wear and tear.

  Hotel was amazing. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful, Cassandra at the front desk was very sweet and gave us some pointers on what to see while we were there and gave us a great recommendation on some BBQ in the area.... 别人怎么说 » I will say this was the best hotel that we have stayed in and we travel often. It was definitely worth every penny and we will be staying here again - The hotel was very nice and clean. Activities for the weekend was a nice surprise, lighting of the tree, boat parade, fireworks, & bagpipes. Employees were very friendly. Golf course and spa were top notch.
