  The hotel was in the perfect place to enjoy down town life whilst also being far enough from the main drag for the hotel to be quiet and peaceful; the facilities were excellent; the log fire was fantastic; the staff were exceptionally helpful. Sheron was a huge help (she helped frame a picture for a wedding present - a task which was above and beyond her remit). Brenda alwa - We stayed in the heart of the old historic district. The first night we got there we asked the concierge about a ghost tour we wanted to do. She took care of everything. She suggested the tour she thought was the best for what we were looking for and she called to reserve a spot for us. She also got us tickets for the trolley for our historic tour. Her suggestion for where we should eat dinner was excellent. All this at no extra charge. Very helpful and you can tell she enjoys her job.

  Front Desk (Jamel) was very friendly and accomodated us on a couple of small things we needed. The Bar Tender for the Cocktail Hour had a very nice way about him too. Loved the choice of toiletries. The pool was a plus. Very convenient to nice restaurants and shopping. We slept well in the comfy bed! - I liked the late check-out, the suite room was very large, and the many ammenities offered, like the pool and exercise room. We had delicious omlettes cooked to our own specification and everything else you could possibly want for breakfast. The room was very clean and pleasant. Our stay here was very enjoyable.
