  The hotel was very nice. Large rooms. We didn't hear a lot of noise like door slamming or stomping. The staff was very helpful even when letsbookhotel.com messed up our reservations, they found us a room and we were able to stay in the same room for the entire time.   I was pleasantly surprised with the overall appearance and cleanliness of the room and pool. I was nervous about the stay bc of the bad reviews. In my opinion they were totally off base. The staff was courteous and helpful. They made sure we had a pet free/smoke free room due to allergies.
