  Customer service very good. Facilities in the hotel were also good with an indoor pool and a spa bath (although I didn't try either). - Clean and very comfortable. Staff knowledgeable & helpful.

  Amazingly sweet and funny lady at the front desk - and we got an upgrade. The hotel is rather plain, but has what you need. It was pouring rain and Dave took us to the trolley station so we did not have to wait in rain and he offered to take us downtown and even pick us up when we needed.
