  I loved the price and the ease of booking. It was also awesome to have free wifi in the hotel room. The other nice thing is that it is conveniently located in downtown Pinetop.   This motel was undergoing renovation so some things were good and some bad. Walls newly painted and bathroom was retiled but carpet was dirty and heavily stained. Furniture was old and worn. Tv did not work but was repaired when I reported it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. - Price
