  The staff was exceptional; it was my daughter's birthday and they gave her a balloon and it just made her day. They went out of their way to be friendly and accommodating the whole stay. - Hotel was very conveniently located for the purpose for which we came to Birmingham.

  Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, without exception. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and we wanted to kayak, bike, swim, and have a picnic dinner on the wharf. We did all of that, except that lightning kept us from kayaking. We were upgraded to a lovely room in the spa building because this was low season.   Everything - what can I ask for more??? The beach view from our condo is BREATHLESS!!!! Acccess to beach is PERFECTLY!!! Can't complain for more - the price is VERY REASONABLE!!!! Definitely will come back again for the same condo!!!!
