Appears this place is scrubbed daily with elbow greese and bleach. Very clean. And who can argue with the price? For less than 40 dollars I got a good night's sleep on a sturdy mattress in a clean room. Wifi was free.
Very good furnishings, good price, a basically quiet place and no noisy neighbors. Non-smoking rooms are good, and the upstairs room I was in was pretty quiet (no noise from the upper-level walkway). Wi- fi was good.

you get what you pay for, clean and simple motel room, easy check in-out and free parking.
Easy to find. Clean and very comfortable beds. Good location.

We got there late in the evening and they were friendly and nice but the next day they were off the mark but we all have r bad days.

Location.
Easy to find, convenient to I-5. Definitely got what we paid for.
Walls are thin. You had better have the same sleeping schedule as your neighbors, because you'll hear their alarm go off.
There is some street noise if your room is too close to the front of the Motel. Best to get a room farther back.
Very low water pressure in shower. Very slow for hot water to reach the room. Toilet was clogged and very slow to flush.
I had to slide the room key into a small slot in the office window when I left at 6:00 a.m. I would like to have had it placed in a more secure area.

The room smelled really bad. It was designated as a non-smoking room, but I think there was a couple of decades of smoking stuck in the furniture. Most of the times when I stay somewhere where this is the case, I stop smelling it after being in the room for 10 minutes, but here I could still actively smell it, even after I woke up. I have stayed in cheap motels in the area often, and this has so far been my worst experience.
The outside and the rooms look very rundow and dated. Our bedsheets were torn. The shower was very old and rusty. My friend drank water from the sink and had diarrhea and stomach problems for couple days.
Room was grimy - bathroom was disgusting. Definitely got what we paid for.
