  Very clean, front desk staff was very helpful and professional, the shower was persnikidy at times with controlling with temp. Very peaceful many times in a d out of hotel and only passes one person in the elevator. Breakfast was good if your an early riser. - In room refrigerator and breakfast were excellent.   that there was a workout room and the equipment worked. The room was big and clean and the bathroom was nice. it smelled good. the woman at the front desk was wonderful. The free breakfast was decent. - Room was spacious. It was quiet and conveniently located. It was a nice size - not too large. Nice breakfast selection.

  My room was very clean. The ac worked well and was not noisy. The front desk staff was very helpful as well and the cleaning crew were friendly. I could go outside on my private patio and see the pool. The location was only 4 mi. From downtown where I needed to go each day. Easy to get there and back from the hotel. The front desk said that they are trying to improve their reputation as at one time they had bad mgmt and have been taken over by new mg - We went to attend a play and the location of the hotel, as well as the rates, were perfect for us. I've stayed at other hotels that were budget-friendly and I got what I paid for. Best Western was definitely a different situation. The room was very clean, beds were very comfortable and the front desk staff was awesome. I will stay there any time I'm in Raleigh. Continental breakfast was also a nice treat.
