I stayed at Sleep Inn for one night before I took and international flight. The staff was very courteous through my whole process. They made sure that I did not miss the shuttle and that I was in a secure area since I was traveling alone. I left some very important information in the room when I checked out and the desk attendant did not hesitate to retrieve it for me while I was in the customs line at JFK. 所有评语 » The Hotel was very clean, which I was worried about and All employees were friendly. Business- like and helpful. Breakfast was nice and the staff did a great job at answering all our questions and or concerns. For a little over $100 ( since I booked online) I am extremely happy with my stay. For travelers with no transportation It is close to Jamaica Ave, a little cultural landmark and shopping center and close to The f train which about a 40 min ride to Times Square. The hotel also has a shutt. Truthfully, we were on the way home from Europe, had missed a night's sleep, zonked out as soon as we got in and got up at 5 AM to get a cab to La Guardia. It was a perfect place for us to stay. We were very impressed with the staff. The young man who drove over to JFK to pick us up was a delightful addition to our long trip. He was poised and polite and we had a great time talking to him. Both evening and morning staff were polite and helpful. Very impressive in such a short meeting. It is 20$ ride and 15min from JFK... nice and clean hotel close to public transportation... staff is very frendly and helpful... having in mind that it is a two star hotel the rooms are very spacious and nice... look like new. Breakfast is also very good and you have gym at sight. Also hotel provides a free shutle transport every hour to public transportation and are willing to pick you up from it. It is one hour all together from Times Square combined shutle and metro. The front desk staff Fiona is very professional helpful and friendly, add good value to the stay. The hotel room is maintained well and clean, although it means for short stay guests. The breakfast is also very good, food is fresh, varieties are there, professionally cooked and arranged. The shuttle bus arrangement and driver are good too, very convenient. I thank the attention of manager Wendy, she was very friendly and nice to me. The clerk reception anne Miss Kay was responsible for me to stay in the hotel most days as it extended my reservation and was very helpful. The official Mr Kareem helped me in the purchase of tickets by bus to Washington. Hotel was perfect for closeness to JFK airport for an early morning flight. The free shuttle pick up and drop off service was excellent. Room was modern, comfortable, clean and everything we needed for an overnight stay before returning to UK on early morning flight. Neighborhood is an industrial/residential area. Safety concerns after dark?. Maybe not much in the area to complement a comfortable hotel. rooms were a little small.
