Personnel at front desk was very polite and helpful. Shuttle picked us up at 2 in the morning, no problem at all! Happy driver. The room was perfect for a night after flying and we were able to get ready for the next leg of the trip. Room was clean. No smoke smell. Close to airport. Breakfast was decent. All in all I give this 5/5. Very close to JFK airport, the reason we picked it. Comfortable and clean, and these a great pizza place just across the road. Also a 24Hr shop next door for supplies (grog etc) if needed. Staff friendly and free shuttle bus to JFK. Would recommend overnite stay if catching a plane next day. Great Buffet brecky.
所有评语 » Polite driver for the complimentary shuttle, helpful and efficient front desk staff, cost effective as a layover before getting the MTA into Manhattan, if your flight arrives late night or early morning. No real complaints; would stay again if next visit to Nyc also forces a late night arrival into JFK Airport. Excellent accommodations overall. Hotel was clean and well maintained, staff was courteous and friendly. Excellent value. Would stay here again if in New York City. Check in was fast. Room conditions and space were great. Shuttle was quick everytime. Subway station a 5 minute walk away. All in all, would stay there again. The suite was fine. 10min from JFK. Shuttle bus was very good on timing. Some shops and restaurants very close. good for less than 2 nights stay. The room was clean. The linen was clean. There was a fridge and microwave. They gave extra linen for the sofa bed. The staff was very courteous. my room was clean and comfortable. location is great and close to JFK. staff are friendly and cooperative. it's a great money value hotel. We liked shuttle service and driver who was very kind person. Instead of check in 3.00 PM we checked in at 11.00 am nice staffs. Loved their bed it was really very comfortable and their staff was very helpful I also liked their free shuttle airport service. I liked the location of the hotel in relation to my destination (Resort World Casino). The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful Breakfast included was fair. Nothing really as we only used it for a stop over for next day flight. Breakfast seating insufficient for large occupancy crowd, but one could always take the food to the room, I suppose. Limited parking, and Ice machine on my floor was inoperable during my stay. Quite a hike of 6 blocks to the subway station. breakfast area very small. The free parking was minimal spaces. Maybe room for 8 cars. No room to turn around and get out of the small alley once you were in. The location it's very far from any local transport. I didnt like that I wasnt able to get beverages (like orange juice) after breakfast time. They closed down the machines. Also the rooms didn't have a refrigerator to house my personal beverages. More a neutral than a negative comment, but I thought it was expensive for what it was. Essentially this is because it is an airport hotel. It was meant as a quick stopover so the location was important only for convenience. So in this it did the job. Price is a bit beyond a backpacker’s range... The only thing I would say is that they need to advertise the airport pick up isn't from the terminal. It's a short train ride via a free train, just so people know before they arrive. Just so its a smoother transfer. Everything is great though. Adjoining door to another room. Noise from adjoining room. We stayed there only for a night between long flights, so we have nothing to say. Everything was great during our short stay. Location noisy. proximity to JFK. The neighbourhood isn't probably too nice, but a visit to the pizza place was safe enough. The room was good, but of course there's the smell of chemicals so typical of American hotel rooms of this pice range. Well, the working girl in the parking lot did not give me a good initial feeling. The hotel smelled smoking from the moment we walked in the front door. The day front desk person did not seem interested in answering my question with more than yes or no. very noisy. had trouble sleeping due to people outside as well as in the suites making excessive noise. Breakfast could be better. no diningfacilities, terrible neighbourhood (i think); lousy shuttle. Decor was a bit dated - could do with some new carpet! Tea bags provided were awful. Slow internet connection. Less parking space. Front desk unable to help with broken hairdryer at 4am when I was due to leave to the airport at 4.30am, meaning that I had to travel with wet (long hair) on an international flight with a stopover making my journey all of 36 hours. That service (or no service) was disgusting!. rooms are smells dump. Very expensive for what you get, Poor TV quality. Near Airport but not any where else. I felt that if I stepped outside, I would be shot by a gang. Hotel staff not friendly. Thin walls did not block sound of screaming child at 3AM. Hair dryer did not work. Hotel location. The area was extremely busy with traffic and not pleasant to walk around. Specifically management and boss ms. Donna. No response to any problem. also they are ready to cheat you by hidden, surprise charges. Also no ice machine working, breakfast poor or no choice for vegetarians . No help from reception people on local transport information etc. for this price plus hidden charges you can get much better accommodation and service. Had to wait almost an hour and a quarter at the airport for pickup. The website claimed free parking but their parking lot takes only 9 cars. You have to find street parking if the parking lot is full. This should be made known on the website so customers are not misled by this. We waited for shuttle bus more than 1 hour, though we call to the hotel. 1. The telephones in the room did not work despite the fact I complained about this from the first night. Till I checked out after 4 nights, the telephones did not work. 2. Wifi kept going on and off. Very thin walls (party and sex in the next room). Clientele. The rest. the room. We were due to have a free shuttle which never arrived. We telephoned the hotel and no one answered. It took us 4 hours and in the end we had to take a taxi which took us 8 mins. Staff too rude. There was drug dealers on the floors and rodents and not clean.
