The friendliness of the staff. We even had the opportunity to meet the manager and he was cordial as well. Each time we had interaction with the cleaning staff, we were asked if there was anything else that we needed after they had completed their work. The room was a nice size, with a little kitchenette with a table for two, but no dishes of any kind. Was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping kept it tidy for our week stay. Great location, close to dining.
所有评语 » We appreciate that we were upgraded to a suite. And if we had been staying longer the kitchen would have really been handy. The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were quiet. close to freeway & the big shoppning center in dublin & contry club castlewood & lovely downtown Pleasanton was nice to sight see. Nice affordable room with everything I needed. Microwave, Ref, T.V. . Nothing fancy. Quiet location. Accessibily for the purpose of my trip. Clean place, quite & secure...... Location, beds were comfortable, room was updated nicely. Beautiful room, pool and grounds. Convenient location. It was quiet!. clean. quite. Staff Location Close to shopping. Quiet off highway. The pool area looked nice; but didn't have a chance to use it! Getting tire fixed. location. The price. As in previous comments made, I also found the shower was really small. Front desk staff was neither helpful or friendly. Shower was very small and toilet was only inches from the wall. Iron was not in the room, and we asked for one, but never received it. We could not find the remote for one of the televisions. Yes, there were two tvs! And the shower was really small. Also, the room did not have a blow dryer, but they did have one at the front desk that we borrowed. There's nothing about the two nights I spent at this Inn that I did not like. needed help with the television and the girl in the office could not help (we found a second remote device and eventually were able to get everything to work) The office staff did not present us with a receipt saying letsbookhotel.com would send us one. I knew better and did get a copy when I insisted. No hair dryer. The Continental Breakfast was really limited!. very warm when you first get in have to have the air on to get confortable. not too many selections in tv. Small showers Limited cell phone service Old mattresses that are not being replaced soon enough Cost of rooms non smoking rooms that have been smoked in. "expanded" continental breakfast was not expanded - cold cereal, sweet roll, coffee and orange juice only - expanded would include fruit and maybe yogurt. the door to my room was damaged , e. Blue out tire as curb wasn't well marked! Air conditioning didn't work properly. Shower head leaking & not adjustable. TV in bad location. No bathroom fan. small bathrooms, outdated t.v. The room was dirty and the carpet was filthy and stained. The pull out couch mattress was stained and full of food crumbs. No sheets or blanket for the pull out. The room was one of the worse I have ever seen.
