It was in a good location. The staff was very nice. The free breakfast and Wi-fi was also a plus. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I requested a non-smoking room and that is what I got. The AC worked well and I will stay here again. I liked that we were able to sleep on a clean bloodless mattress! We had stayed at the Laquinta in Portland, MA it was disgusting thought we would never stayed at a LaQuntia again after the experience... No issues with the plantation hotel.
所有评语 » The hotel was located near a lot of restaurants and stores, which was very nice and convenient. The staff was professional and helpful and friendly. We stayed at the hotel for one night after a Florida Panthers game. It was ideal for both location and a comfortable nights sleep in spacious rooms. Hotel was easy to find. Clean. Friendly staff. We get everything what we could expect for very short stay with 2 babies. Near Sawgrass Mills; lots of restaurants nearby; kindness of staff; could store my bag. It´s not new, but very clean and the staff were very kind. Nice clean comfy beds. Spacious room. Clean bathroom. Location was good for our needs. free Wifi friendliness location. Breakfast was really good. Space of the room. location. Room was very clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. Close to shopping and restaurants Staff friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Not much. The carpet needs to be changed or cleaned by a profesional. I would have liked to have a few more options for breakfast. Also, the rooms were a bit smaller than I had imagined. But, all in all, the stay was very nice. There was no bar and the breakfast was rather basic with plastic plates, bowls and knives. Nothing. Hot water fluctuations then altogther hot water failure. No fridge and microwave in double room. Ice machine not working on my floor. hotel was slightly worn. I think you should let quest know that you are open to pets at your hotel, because I was very sick with allergies from the dogs, you could hear them barking all night long. I mentioned to the front desk to be told we are pet friendly, this was poor I won't visit this hotel again. At breakfast there were not enough tables and chairs for everyone. One toaster was not working and made things very awkward. Internet-WIFI was very slow. Cleaning of room on last night seemed to have been rushed. Mattress sank a bit in middle. The bathroom needed updating. I thought it would be closer to Sawgrass Mills. Garbage by the side entrance. We left at 6 am and there was a guy sleeping in his car. Made us umcomfortable. Employees park under the canopy by the front door. The rooms wasn't nice at all.
