Get the number of the hotel first and phone them from the airport to arrange collection.   The location is perfect for catching the train to the downtown area. We used it to and from the ball park. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The facility itself is beautiful, the rooms spacious, quiet (and mine was next to the ice machine) and clean.   Every employee of this hotel with whom I interacted was excellent, from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk reps to the chef to the waitress at the tasty morning breakfast. The bed and pillow were very comfortable; and the room was very dark (which I loved) when the black out drapes were closed.
