Very large, clean room, nice pool and jacuzzi, which I used one day. Although business center very small, I was glad you offered this. It was quiet, and plenty of places to eat around the hotel, so this was very convenient.
Very friendly staff, clean rooms and all well cared for daily. Food good in the mornings, and I liked the computers in the lobby. The king bed was very comfortable.

Great location between Mileaukee and Madison with easy access to I-94 Clean, all necessary facilities, quiet Great German restaurant a 2 minute walk away.
The staff was very friendly, and the location made it easy to get around as it is right next to the interstate. Everything you could need is very close.
having all the free extras like the microwave, fridge, ironing board and iron, and free internet service.

I used exercise room one day, and the stairstepper was not operational. I just used another piece of equipment, but maybe your staff is not aware that it is not working. Small thing but I would suggest you offer tea bags in the rooms with the coffee. I went down to the breakfast area and got tea bags, but for convenience, may be better to offer them in the rooms, along with the coffee.
Hard to find the entrance off interstate 94. Need better signs to point us into the parking lot. Easy to miss the small entrance next to a service shop. looks like their entrance, not the hotels.
Would like a more comfortable reading chair.

had trouble with the key cards a couple of times.
We were traveling from Pa. We wanted to get up at 3am. I could't sleep because outside our room 202 there were about 15 guys and girls smoking and drinking and making a hell of noise. I could't sleep. They had teir dogs outside with them.
We were there three nights. The bed was made but the room obviously was not vacuumed nor was the bathroom floor cleaned...or the tub. (Hair on both.) Dust was thick on everything.
