  The locations is superb as it is a 3 minute walk to university avenue where there are superb coffee shops and restaurants and some basic shopping. The staff is friendly. We booked a large room I think it was the junior suite which was spacious. Nice big TV and a coffee maker in the room. Large bathroom.
