I liked the value, the cleanliness, the excellence in the housekeeping and the location. Our room was neatly cleaned when we returned to our room in the late evening. Personal belongings were where we left them (very important). It was boyfriend's hometown back in the day and we just came down to visit for the weekend. When I told him I booked with vagabond inn, he told me the history of it but I felt completely safe during our stay. On top of that, we were only there to get our rest and then w.

Motel was easy to find, courteous staff, room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant next door. They had a. Exceed use area for my dog.
Cooperative staff.
The room was clean, their was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hairdryer . In addition, the bed was comfortable and the fabric on the chairs was clean and in excellent condition. I was very pleased with my room.
I like how they have upgraded their room since the last time we stayed there and it was pretty quiet and you do get what you paid for.
Pet freindly.
The only redeeming feature of this sad old establishment was the lovely lady at reception !.
Only issue I had was the keys to our room. The second day when we returned to our room, the keeps were somehow deactivated and we couldn't get in. But it wasn't anything the front desk couldn't handle for us. She reactivated our keys instantly.

I noticed the bathroom ceiling was peeling and there wasn't a fan to take care of the humidity.
I do not like how it is far from places that we went exploring in Oxnard and Ventura but it is relatively inexpensive place to stay for the night.
Sheets looked dirty and unwashed. My Wife was very unhappy with that. Musty order in room.
Too much noise, up till midnight due to noisey drunken neighbors and my bed sucked.
This is without a doubt the worst hotel we have stayed in during our usa trip.I Was kept awake half the night by the guests from hell next door.Noise insulation was non-existent.I Was unable to get a wi-fi connection.I Will never stay at a Vagabond Inn again !!!.
Carpet was stained. Internet was slooooowwww. Very Noisy neighborhood. Bed was a slab. Homeless man came by my room asking for money!!!!.
