The pool area was very well kept. An employee asked us twice if the spa temperature was ok and if we felt it was too much chlorine in it. The pool temperature was very tepid. The breakfast was great--so many selections and very fresh.
Quiet rooms & halls , comfortable beds, bright atmosphere/modern appearance, nice pool & hot tub area, variety of breakfast food options, felt very secure, free daily newspaper, handy safe in room for valuables.

The cleanliness and size of the rooms was nice the staff were very friendly and efficent, the free buffet breakfast was a great way to start the day..
We wondered when our room had been used last as there were 3 spiders in the bath/shower area. The place is under an update at the time we were there, many rooms getting new beds and furniture. Our bed was too soft for our liking. I would like to see all the bathrooms updated to high rise toilets as well.
Bathroom didn't have fan, extra shelf in bathroom would be convenient, truck with boat trailer took up 6 parking stalls in lot.

Loud air conditioner.
The room was bad! Reeks of cigarette smoke. Beds, curtains, etc. Had to open window and leave entry door open. Dusting had not been done in awhile. Floor along walls were not vaccumed. Tv remote was sticky to the touch.Bathroom ceiling fixture was broken and hanging from ceiling. Was one of the worse stays I ever had for a room. I travel a lot and this is my first negative review. I couldn't leave fast enough.
The free breakfast could use some work.
No shuttle from the airport.. The location was a bit far from things..
