  From the moment I stepped at the reception desk I had a great feeling. The receptionist to start off was warm hospitable, friendly and informative, i felt like could ask about anything related to my holiday and could get an instant answer.   On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. We already talking about return - I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

  I originally booked a standard room. Front desk upgraded me to a tower room for the same price I would of paid to get a microwave in the room. Great location and friendly staff. Good price.   The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 bed suite was as described. The kitchen was dated and needed a refresh but was functional nonetheless. The staff were friendly and willing to help.
