the Location of the Hotel. staff very helpfull. access to surrounding locations & amenities, like Walmart, Disney welcome centre. free shuttle to WD. free calls within vicinity of Florida. variety of BFast eatables. pool & jacussi area. spacious room for 4 pple. access to beverages @ certain times. access to business centre was great, to keep in touch with family & friends. I loved the location. The site was beautiful and I found it easy to locate. The staff was very polite and helpful when I called downstairs for extra blankets. And I truly enjoyed the breakfast. I will definitely stay there again and tell my friends about the experience. Thank you!.
所有评语 » Good location, friendly staff. Didn't like having room service/ir house keeping knock on door at 8:30am to "see if we needed anything" thought that was "odd" on check out day. Nice for the family of five to stay in and had microwave frig and desk area. Wll stay that again. We asked for a quiet room away from elevators and we were given a very nice room over looking the pool and it was very quiet! Hotel was close to Micky and Miney and Animal Kingdom!! Thank you! Nancy from Lake Brome. I thought the Springhill Suites offered the pefect combination of relaxation and costs... It also helped that it was located in the Marriot Village and you could use the facilities at the other Marriots. The friendly staff , the ladies who worked in breakfast hall were excellent, and very helpful , safety depot box at reception was very useful , overall great complex , use gym everyday ,. Staff is friendly. My requests were quickly answered. Room was very clean. For Disney visitors, it is located a few miles away from Disney parks and it is near Orlando Premium Outlets. Excellent location! Perfect staff! Very comport intelligent atmosphere in the hotel. Free coffee & snakes are so nicely for adults and kids. Nice room, clean facility. Pool was nice and kids liked being able to go to the other Marriott pools in the complex. The hotels staff was very friendly and the rooms were modern and clean. The outdoor pool was also clean. I liked the heated pool and the whole pool area. I also appreciated the breakfast each morning. I liked breakfast and the room was very comfortable. Everything was perfect!. Perfect location, near by restaurants and outlets, good breakfast. Facility was clean and a good location for Disney or Seaworld. lots of nice restaurants just around the place. I like the location. The location is good, close to the I-4 and relatively close to downtown disney and Disney world main gate. The rooms are essential although clean. It is pretty much like any other hotel such as Holiday Inn, Radisson etc.. The cost is low but do not expect to be in a resort. We did not have any issue and the value for money is ok, but it is just a low budget hotel. Indeed there were high-school baseball teams for some local tournament.. Wi-fi works well and the parking lot is ok (they will charg. we settled o/s bal on arrival, but was not informed of additional charges, which caused a bit of frustration, even though they explained later. I have no complaints!. Didnt like housekeeping knocking on the door at 8:30am just to see if we needed anything on checkout day. Not much to complaint about at all if being fussy the lift closest to our room broke down after 1st day and was not fix after , and car park charge at check out never had it here in staying last 10 yrs. None. Nothing, good experience . There was not enough seating on the pool deck. The drink prices at the hotel bar were much too expensive. I ordered a drink for myself and my friend and it was $41.09. No complaints. Our room was next to the gym so we had noise at 4am everyday. I did not like where the room was located.. They need to update... A lot of teenagers in the floor, making a lot of noise. The breakfast was terrible... The Concierge experience was terrible, she doesn't help the guess at all.Some people at the front desk are not profesionals.My brother asked for a room key at the front desk and nobody asked him for identification before give him the key,thats unaceptable. Prefer queen size beds. Breakfast is a joke 5$ / day parking fee. We were 5 at room. Every night when we arrived we need to ask towels.... So ungracious and unpleasent. Breakfast : Milk watered down. Orange watered down. The main door I needed to use to enter the building wouldn't recognize my key. There was a fire alarm on the first night at 4am that ruined my sleep and a sceond alarm on the next day that cut off internet and all water, so I left. The breakfast is poor in quality and presentation, the dining room looks pretty dirty overall, but it is pretty much like the breakfast at other similar hotels (machine waffle, machine juice, some yogurt, some muffins..) (way worse than breakfast of hotels in Europe such as Spain, Italy, Germany...). The swimming pool is just for kids, do not expect to spend much time there.
