The hotel is recently remodeled and the staff was great. The kids loved all the activities and all the water slides. Best pool in Orlando. They even had Gator land there and brought in animals. The kids loved it. Location is 5-10 mins from Disney. Breakfast Buffet was very good. We had it included as a package but if you don't, it will cost you $25.00 for an adult and $15.00 for children. My room was in the 9th floor with a pool view (It was amazing view). Further more, I really enjoyed the pool with my 3 years old son.
所有评语 » Every thing was awesome, staff, location and the Spa It is good choose for family and also near from Disany World. I love the service, and the cleanness of the rooms. Has a great view and so many things to do. Everything onsite, great golf course, super friendly staff, beautiful pool, great size room. Great layout and wonderful pool. Everyone was smiling and gave a friendly greeting. Location - staff - restaurants - very helpful concierge staff. The staff was extremely friendly and service oriented. The service is wonderful and hotel is very well kept. Staff were so helpfull .golf course was great. Location Staff Restaurant selection. Nice rooms and pool area. Fitness center was great. Restaurants. Pools. the view of the hotel in my rearview mirror as I was leaving. just knowing the nightmare was over gave me great comfort. This is typical of every hotel but $20.00 for parking and $15.00 for internet. You can get free internet at McDonald's for heaven's sake. All higher end hotels seem to charge for this but in today's age, internet should be included. Self parking costs 15$ per day. Internet inside the room costs 15$. Nothing at all. Self parking was very far from hotel and stupid expensive, everything was charged at top dollar, wifi $15 a day is insane in this day and age,. Prices for food and drink. no free wifi !!. Howeveer,The manager give as a free wifi the next day as we where the customer of the day. :). Parking cost 14 everyday ..Meals are very expensive and drinks are 12 for a bloody Mary!. Parking lot signs for North Tower, misleading. Last sign shows parking lot straight ahead, when it is actually to the left. After entering North tower from parking lot, no directory signs. Car park is a good hike from reception, and the signage for driving to the car-park is confusing. size of the room. Service is not as good as other marriots. Room keys did not work at parking garage didnot find the bill under the door and had to wait in a long line to check out. Didn't like having bugs in my room. Or refrigerator brought up to us also had bugs. Housekeeping upset when asked to have entire bed changed due to excessive major sweating. Awoke to soaked bed due to being sick. Tub wasn't draining properly. Parking was to much of hassle felt the parking charge was ridiculous. Room not stocked properly with toilet paper tissues, and towels. Expensive (cabs, drinks, breakfast, food & internet). Pool closed for 4 days w/o any prior notice, emergency repair. Expensive. Rooms are small, food price,room location for that price. Got double charged for a room, parking is far. I wish front desk operator told me to use valet. Crowded, appliances are very old...tv barely worked... Queen beds felt extremely small... Entire hotel needs renovation... I stayed every in Orlando and would recommend for business Peabody ( New one ) for leisure even though Hyatt regency is 20-30 year old property, they are way better... Watersports, caves, rock climbing wall for kids, just way better place. Marriott didn't earn my business!. everything from the half hour wait just to get my car up to the entrance to the half hour wait to have it valeted. then the half hour wait to check in. no one mentioned there is major exterior construction taking place. Room service food was cold. I will never ever stay here again. I would rather sleep in a tent out doors.
