iv been to many places but i have to say the staff were the nicest iv come across..the FREE breakfast was plentiful and tasty .. big tv in room ..comfy beds and towels changed every day..and if you need anything you just had to ask the staff and it was sorted.. excellent value for money, very close to both shopping and amusement parks, free breakfast, wi-fi ande parking. Service-minded staff who frequently asked if we were good or if we needed assistance.

Check in staff was very friendly, and checked us in quickly. We asked for more pillows and the staff brought us pillows in no time. Very relaxing mini vacation!!. The staff - they were awesome! From the front desk to the housekeeping staff to the concierge. They were all so helpful and really made a difference in our stay. I loved the room - very spacious! The beds were comfortable and clean. Great variety of food for free breakfast! Friendly staff. Free parking - very convenient!. The hotel was very convenient located close to all the major parks. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was quite good as well. Clean, neat and modern room. Great friendly staff. Excellent breakfast selection. I liked the location and the comfort the hotel gives you. front desk and service staff very friendly and helpful. Friendly stuff, spacious room with table and 40inch tv. Room clean, bed comfortable. location staff. close to centre. only one silly thing i dont like shower curtains so think that could be worked on..everything else perfect.. our room was disturbed by noise from the highway just beside the hotel, an investment in better isolated windows would be a very good idea. The shower was really dark. The area was great because close to theme park but actual location was a little inconvenient to get into. On Int'l Dr which is a very busy street - the entrance was a small driveway between businesses that led you to hotel all the way in the back. The hotel was a bit old, but otherwise good. No safe in room. Bedside lamp did not work and had to call twice to get it resolved. Was fixed promptly. They also kept on putting 3 towels in the room with 4 people in the room. A phone call and this was resolved quickly. Rooms are slightly small. Apart from these minor issues it was a great stay. The window a/c was somewhat noisy and the traffic sounds from the highway were present but neither of them kept me awake. could have done with more variety in the hot section of the breakfast. We are senior citizens they told me on the phone that I could use my AARP discount but when I checked in they would not accept it. My husband And I were very disappointed, we were first time visitors And they should have accepted my card regardless. Then ask for our room not to be cleaned and someone went in anyway took our trash And left us know bags. Quite near a noisy highway if your a light sleeper I'd ask for a room away from the road. don't have anything negative to say. No bell captain. Could have a actual pool for swimming and at least one compound gym machine for strength trainning. cleaning breakfast.
