The staff were excellent and the location was really good, only a 5 minute drive to the I4, giving easy access to all attractions, also 5 minutes north up International Drive there were lots of other restaurants and things to do and see of an evening.. The hotel was always clean and in good order. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The breakfast, whilst it was ok, did not have a large choice but enough to get us all through to lunch, it was complimentary so overall it was fine. The pool was .
所有评语 » Staff was very friendly and willing to help-always with a smile. Breakfast included was great and of good quality. Easy to get in and out of the hotel-we drove our own car. Parking lot felt safe when we had to come inside at night. Elevators never seemed crowded and the facilities were very clean. It always smelled nice in the lobby and in the hallways-nice clean scent. Cleaning staff was very friendly. We chose not to get our room cleaned while we were there to help out all we could. We loved the location and shuttle service to Sea World and Aquatica. The pool area is just PERFECT for kids to play, parents to relax and the Splash grill and bar is very afforable and yummy! Room was good size with two queen beds. Staff very helpful with purchasing theme park tickets, etc. CVS, TGIFridays and Wild Wings literally in the parking lot. Easy drive from the airport as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast, although the same every day, was good. They helped a lot in finding things to do, good ticket deals, and ways to save money (with the exception of I wouldn't recommend the taxi service they use because it's one of the more expensive ones in the area). We liked everything, the staff were amazing! They couldn't do enough to help and were very friendly. The room was spacious, always spotless, the bed was very comfy. The pool area was lovely especially the spa. The bar/food was very nice and reasonably priced. All of the staff from reception, maintenance and breakfast staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant. We were especially impressed with the staff in the breakfast area each morining. They smiled and helped us find things, etc. It was very nice. Close to all good parks and right next to Seaworld... We stayed two adults and two kids in one room and space were okay. Nice and clean with reasonable breakfast and good coffee. Pool and pool grill/cafe were very good - try the chicken taco salad ;-). Excellent views of Seaworld from room. Located just yards from i-ride trolley stop, T.G.I fridays and the excellent Buffalo Wild Wings. Convenient location and a beautiful facility. Helpful friendly staff and easy access to all the parks. We really enjoyed our stay. location is great - walkable to both Sea World and Aquatica but also with free shuttles to both. Rooms a decent size and beds very comfortable. Breakfast food range was adequate but could have done with more fresh fruit. Two grandparents with teenage grandson and sister. Perfect room with 2 queen and 1 pullout couch. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great price too. Unbelievably clean and unbelievably friendly staff. When using the booking tool you need to be sure about which style of room you are booking. I wanted a suite type room but ended up booking a standard room. Fortunately the staff were very helpful and by paying an extra $20 a night I upgraded to the suite style room. Lights in the room didn't seem to work. Not a huge deal so didn't complain. Beds were a little on the uncomfortable side and didn't like the pillows. We were in a third floor room and my girls 8 and 5 both spent time "sitting in the window" because we had a great view of Sea World, fireworks, etc. BUT the windows can OPEN with nothing but a screen on the outside. Kinda scary! The music by the pool was nice but it was the same 4-5 songs played in repetition the ENTIRE time. I thought it wouldve been changed nightly but wasnt. Breakfast couldve had a little more variety each day but was pretty good to be included in the room fee. The breakfast was the same every day. The maids were inconsistent. Some days they would replenish everything, some days they didn'T. One time they didn't even leave any soap and our bed sheet on the bottom was inside out (I'm picky and find this annoying). Another day the maid moved all my things!!. N/A. A couple more Sea World morning shuttle times would be nice. The afternoon options were great. Ask for a room with view away from the main road... No noise, but just better with a view towards Seaworld. Bar closing at 11pm every night. Same breakfast every morning. No restaurant in hotel for dinner. Expensive shop. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Tough for a person on a restricted diet. Pull out couch felt like sleeping on coils, but teenager did just fine with it. Too many kids but we expected that so it's ok. The breakast was not the best but it was Ok. No safe in the room. At no time did I feel security was a problem but it is reassuring and handy to have a safe in the room. Security boxes were available at the reception desk. No golf channel!. No apparent working fan in the bathroom which made a rather damp, humid time after taking a shower. When I asked the front desk about this I was told that the fans had recently been replaced with 'silent' ones because of the noise. While the staff did say they'd have someone check out the fan in our room, there was no difference. And believe me, I checked to see if there was any air flow from the fan when I was in the bathroom. I'd be worried about mold setting in soon. Would have liked a later shuttle offered to the parks. 3:30 was the last one scheduled. Exceptionally slow checkin. Room not available until after 4pm, $25 resort credit as compensation not appearing on checkout. Timeshare like salesperson at concierge desk. Simple breakfast (plastic cutlery), loud air conditioning. Having two TV's is a nice idea, but having them so close with no door caused a few problems. Using the remote would change both TV's and the volume would have to be low, so you couldn't hear both TV's. Nothing!. Nothing. Breakfast was poor,and hotel shuttles to parks not great you can take I cart to all Orlando parks,except Disney. - 2 Queensize bed room too small for family with 2 kids - very simple variety of food only at the pools - breakfast completely in "plastics" - all dishes with tons of garbage. Nothing. the smell of the room. the fact I found an opened melted kitkat bar in my bed. and it took almost 30 mins for the sheets to be changed, when I was exhausted!. The t.v. Went in and out to much and the volume was out on half of the channels. Also the tub was very slippery and I almost hurt my leg. There needs to be some mats to go inside so no one falls... I have no complaints at all!. That the price changed to more than what letsbookhotel.com said it would be ! Feel it shouldn't have changed especially since it was a special occasion 10 yrs anniversary just felt that could of accommodated that 10$. No free shuttle for Disney. But still ok as 10 min drive with the car. Breakfast is the same everyday. The first room we got smelled like it had a bad odor of like gym socks or humidity, so we asked to change rooms. Except when we got to the second room it had the same smell too. Guess thats the regular smell. Not sure if it was me but my roommate smelled it too. Nothing.
