Everything was amazing. Love the indoor pool and hot tubs. Breakfast was very impressive, rooms great size and setup. I will go back to Orlando to stay Just because of this hotel. Great Job Guys!. It was beautiful and in the heart of I-drive. The breakfast was amazing... It included cook to order eggs and omelettes. Love the suites. Perfect for two people to relax for a few days. It was lime a small apartment. We enjoyed it.

Breakfast included, cocktail, concierge helpful. everything was great. everything.... Hotel location. Breakfast. The hotel in general was nice. Location was excellent. Location is very good. location. Location, close to everything. That I am not there right now. There was a smell... Some kind of chemical of sorts. It made it difficult to breath (I have asthma.) I think it was from them working on one of the elevators. Which leads me to the elevators were slow... I think being down one elevator slowed the process a little. The last thing I didn't like was that the shower head is real low. It couldn't have been higher than 5'6". The few things that I didn't like were not bad... I would definitely come again when the elevator is fixed. A couple of the elevators were broke down. we had to return to miami a few days early and we had to pay 1 night as penalty fee for leaving before schedule. Nothing everything was great. Elevators slow and not working could have been a little cleaner, bathroom. nothing... House keeper annoying. Elevators. No free wifi. Cleaning staff left door open with laptop and camera equipment insode room. Constantly had to complain about room being cleaned. Elevators were broken down. It took forever to actually get on one and get to the ground floor.Unable to use my military discount due to booking online. Unable to use military discount. Elevators were extremely slow. Cleaning staff left my door open with my MacBook and expensive camera equipment inside. Thier staff. to many kids running around the place was dirty. Older musty smelling facility. So many people staying there it took forever to get an elevator and the breakfast lines so long that there was no hope in getting food. Bed linens old. - Not a four starr hotel - Room smell - old furniture - I ask to be move from my room three times, at the last room, all they had was a room with two full beds, at night when the elevator was in used, the ac vends made a terrible sounds, their maintenance people were aware of problems, and had told frontdesk not to use the room. The hotel is in severe need of renovation and cleaning. The carpet in the common areas stained and nasty. The place was bad enough that I had 2 other business assoicates that were suppose to check in later in the week that I canceled their reservations and moved them and myself to a different hotel.
